Welcome to Jomni. This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the App. By using Jomni, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Jomni is a mobile application that enables users to engage in immersive conversations with AI-generated characters. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the team behind Jomni (contact: jomniteam@outlook.com).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using Jomni, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the capacity to agree to this Agreement.

Engage in chat and dialogue
Choose from tags to guide conversation flow
The App emphasizes emotional resonance and self-expression through audio-themed interaction.
4. User Account and Data
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Not impersonate another individual or provide misleading information
We collect minimal personal data such as selected tags, usage patterns, and optional input for the purpose of improving interaction quality. You can contact us at any time for data-related inquiries.
5. AI Content and Limitations
The AI-generated characters in Jomni simulate conversation, but they are not real individuals. While the App provides emotionally engaging and imaginative experiences, it is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or human connection.
AI responses are generated algorithmically and may sometimes be unpredictable. We make efforts to ensure a respectful and safe experience but cannot guarantee the appropriateness of every generated message. If you encounter offensive or distressing content, please report it immediately.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Submit or share content that is harassing, violent, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
Attempt to exploit or manipulate the AI system (e.g., for harmful prompts)
Interfere with the operation of the App or its services
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to AI character designs, voice simulation technologies, interface elements, and branding, are the intellectual property of the Jomni team and its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.
8. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also revise this User Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
